Extreme Nausea?

im 16. everyday i get extreme nausea for no reason. when i wake up, i feel sick. im a virgin. so im not pregnant. but when i take pepto i feel better. we have some but i dont want to take it becuz i take it so often. what are some home remedies to relieve nausea? i have counseling tomorrow and i cant be sick! help how can i make the nausea stop!

If theres many days that you have nausea, its better and you should go to the doctor, maybe it can be some kind of bactery that you need to be trated and get some antibiotics. Maybe they do an x-ray for see everything is normal or not. You never know! Follow my advice. Good luck!
