a place such as the steadward centre should have the canadian govmt banging and kicking down the doors to provide extra funding. Millions of dollars can be saved. Just look at all the funding prisons,drug and alcohol rehabs all must get from the govmt! The medical bills can be? reduced if they want to now, c’mon canada its time to get moving.
What isn’t mentioned in this video is that the Steadward Centre has expanded to provide facilities and training to children and teen-agers with disabilities through the C.A.G.E. program. Like the adult wing of the Steadward Centre, the demand for the C.A.G.E. facility has outstripped its space. There is a desperate need for government and private sources of funding to be made aware of this most worthy and? socially beneficial effort.
